3. For up to 15 users: 16 GB RAM

• Internet Access needed.
• 4x CD-ROM drive.
• Required Disk Space:
1. 2.5 GB Disk Space.
2. 250 MB additional for Microsoft .Net 4.0 Runtime.
2. To update data files to newer version QuickBooks that is QuickBooks 2016, all you need to do is open these files QuickBooks 2016 after installing it. As soon as you open data file in new version you will be asked if you wish to update or convert data file. Choose the option best suited to your requirements.

3. Remember once the update of data files is finished you cannot open or revert these files back to older version.

4. However, if you are working on Accountant copy in the version of QuickBooks Accountant , you can take your data files back in older version.

5. You have the option of upgrading data files of lower versions like Simple start, Pro and Premier to Enterprise version of QuickBooks. However, opposite is not allowed and neither can you revert the files back to their original version.

6. Premier data files can be opened in QuickBooks Pro and vice versa.
